UnionBank S&R Visa Platinum Rewards Card
We already do bulk grocery shopping in S&R, then one time there was a promo for a free pizza if you applied for a rewards card.
My thought process was, since we already use our CC for groceries, why not also have a dedicated card just for S&R?
A plus, is that we might need a Visa card also since we only have Mastercard.

I like simple explanations, so here is my take.
For every ₱ 10,000 spent, you earn 300 points. I like that their points equals to 1 Peso so calculating is easy.
S&R has two coupons you can exchange for points and to use as payment during checkout.
One for 500 and one for 1000.
The signup promo also includes free one time 1500 points!
We got a total of ₱ 2000 off last time.
Do I recommend it?
Yeah for the most part it is okay.
Just gotta be disciplined enough to not try to spend just to get points.
Gotta have a foundation of good spending habits and timely credit payments since their late fees are steep!
